An amazing space for any occasion

Our venue is ready to meet all your small/medium size venue needs, from hosting meetings, baby, bridal showers, wedding receptions to any special occasion.  Food and alcohol must be purchased through us.

We recently transitioned from being a rental space to mainly a restaurant.  This means booking availability options are limited.  Please email to check availability.

Hosts are responsible for any damage to the space, equipment or utensils that occurs during the event, and will be charged for any associated replacement equipment or cleaning services.

A signed booking agreement and a deposit of $150 is required to hold your booking date.  The deposit amount will be refunded to you within one week of the conclusion of your rental, pending other deductions for damages and/or extraordinary cleaning. The remainder of your rental fees will be due 6 weeks prior to the event date.

Facility Pricing

Weekday Rates

8 am – 3 pm (Each additional hour is $50)

2 hours – $200

4 hours – $350

6 hours – $550

Full Day – $795

Week Day Evenings Mon – Wed 5-10 pm – Flat Rate $475
(Each additional hr after 10 pm $100 prepaid)

Any booking over 6 hours is considered a Full Day (8 am – 10 pm)

Weekend Rates

9 am – 3 pm

2 hours – $350

4 hours – $400

6 hours – $650

Full Day – $1500

Weekend Evening  Friday – Sat 5 – 11 pm –   (no availability at this time)
(Each additional hr after 11 pm $100 prepaid)

Sunday – No availability before 3 pm

Holiday Rates

Bookings within one week of Holidays incur additional fees and are very limited. Please email for more information regarding holiday booking.

How it works


The day of the event, the host shall have access to the main floor of the space at 45 N. Main Street, Three Rivers, MI 49093. For the times agreed upon in the signed contract. The host shall have access to the building from Main St.


The venue space includes the following: use of all furniture, tables, chairs.


You may bring in your own food or caterer.  Our catering options are available upon request.


NO tape, no nails, screws, etc. Open flames, confetti, glitter, etc. are not permitted. Decorations and personal items must be removed at the end of the Event. The venue is not responsible for any items owned by host or guest.


The commercial kitchen is not part of the general venue use. A portion of the kitchen will be available for refrigeration, counter space, etc. based on your needs.


Host shall submit, 1 signed copy of contract and deposit payment of $150 to Venue 45. Please double check the date and times are correct on the contract. Upon receipt of these, the date will be reserved and placed on our calendar.


The host is responsible to provide and clean up all items related to their event that they bring and carry in for the event.
